02Data we receive

The website has no user accounts, no audience analytics and no advertising trackers.

Direct email: the information contained in your message.

Calendly: if you book a call, the booking is processed by Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) under its own privacy policy. We receive the information entered when booking.

03Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your enquiry and preparing a conversation or quotation: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Managing an existing client relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations, including accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)).

04Retention

Enquiries not followed up: 1 year. Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then as required by applicable legal obligations [TO BE CONFIRMED].

05Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It may be processed by our technical providers: email (GoDaddy), Calendly, website host (Cloudflare), and Google Fonts for typeface delivery (your IP address is sent to Google when pages load).

06International transfers

Some of our technical providers (notably Cloudflare for hosting, GoDaddy for email, Calendly for bookings and Google Fonts) may process data in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities or, failing that, by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR), together with encryption measures.
