Connect
We discuss the general need and establish whether we are the right fit. The complimentary discovery call is for initial qualification, not detailed strategic advice.

Commit
Together, we agree the proposal, scope, deliverables and timeline. A signed contract and the agreed initial payment establish the starting conditions.

Discover & Define
Once those conditions are fulfilled, every project begins with a formal kick-off. We clarify objectives, stakeholders, responsibilities and approvals, then undertake discovery and strategic definition.

Design & Develop
We translate the agreed direction into design, development and implementation, with review, testing and refinement throughout.

Deliver & Evolve
We hand over the agreed deliverables and documentation. The next chapter may include separately agreed support, optimisation or a continued partnership.
Post-project support and maintenance are separately scoped and contracted unless included in the original agreement.
